Our tabletop calendar tree offers a new way to count the fall months. The calendar tree is painted in rich fall colors, and is made of hand formed wire, with cut metal leaves and hand painted numbers. It can be used to count down the days until a special occasion or holiday, making it a simple tool for teaching children about the days of the month.
To use, write the current month on the chalkboard and hang leaves with all the numbered days of the month on the tree. Take the leaf for the current day off the tree and hang it on the hook below the chalkboard. When the day is done, put the leaf in the bucket and take down the next one. Adult supervision required.
